This trigger pump capping machine is an integrated, single-head filling and capping machine specifically designed for pump-style closures (such as lotion pumps, dispensing pumps, and spray pumps). Unlike standard screw-capping machines, this unit features key optimizations, including mechanisms for pump-head clearance, pump-tube positioning, and protection against excessive pressure on the pump assembly. The system integrates a conveyor, a single-head volumetric filling system, a pump-head orientation and feeding mechanism, a bottle-clamping and positioning module, a servo-driven capping spindle, and a PLC-based human-machine control system.
It is compatible with round bottles-and select non-standard (shaped) bottles-made from materials such as PET, PP, or glass. It is suitable for a variety of fluid products, ranging from low-viscosity aqueous solutions to medium-viscosity substances like lotions, serums, hand soaps, and disinfectants.

1. Specialized capping head design: The capping head features a recessed space to accommodate the pump stem and dip tube, ensuring the gripping jaws only make contact with the outer threads of the pump closure-avoiding any pressure on the pump actuator itself. This design is compatible with various pump-style closures, including lotion pumps, spring-loaded pumps, and spray pumps.
2. Independent single-head precision filling module: Options include piston, gear, or peristaltic pumps, selected based on the viscosity of the product; the filling nozzle is equipped with an anti-drip mechanism.
3. Servo-driven, closed-loop torque capping system: Capping torque is digitally adjustable, with the system stopping automatically once the target torque is reached; real-time monitoring of torque data is supported.

When switching to bottles of different heights, the position of the filling heads can be adjusted by raising or lowering them, ensuring that the dispensing outlets remain at the appropriate filling height.

The filling positioning area is used to determine the precise location of the bottle during the dispensing process. Once a bottle enters the station, the positioning assembly secures it in place, ensuring that the bottle opening is aligned directly beneath the filling nozzle.

The pump head gripper is the component in a capping system that comes into direct contact with the pump head. The gripping area must provide sufficient friction while avoiding any noticeable indentations or damage to the surface of the pump head.

The trigger pump capping machine lifting mechanism controls the vertical movement of the capping head, enabling it to perform actions such as approaching the pump head, gripping and rotating it, and returning to its original position.
