Product Description
The bottling equipment delivers product to the filling system via a storage tank and a filling pump. The filling section utilizes a servo-tracking mechanism, allowing for precise, metered filling while bottles move along the conveyor line; this eliminates the production-speed limitations inherent in traditional intermittent filling systems, which require frequent starting and stopping. Once filled, the bottles continue along the line to a servo-tracking capping station, where a capping mechanism positions, grips, and tightens the caps.
The entire production line is equipped with a touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI), enabling operators to adjust running parameters based on specific bottle types, fill volumes, and production requirements. This system is well-suited for manufacturers in the food, beverage, household chemical, and personal care industries that require continuous, automated liquid filling and capping.

Filling pumps are primarily responsible for the transport and supply of materials. They are selected based on factors such as liquid viscosity, flow rate, filling volume, and target production output.
The storage tank is installed above the filling machine. Liquid material enters the tank through an inlet and is subsequently supplied to the downstream feeding system according to filling requirements. The tank features a horizontal cylindrical design, which facilitates the centralized arrangement of storage space and the connection of piping.
