Labeling Machine

The equipment performs continuous labeling through mechanisms such as product transport, bottle separation, label unwinding, positioning, label application, and finished product discharge; various labeling methods can be selected based on product shape and labeling requirements.

For bottled products, configurations such as single-sided, double-sided, wrap-around, or positional labeling can be implemented depending on the bottle type. For products requiring high positioning accuracy, additional components—such as photoelectric sensors, encoders, and product positioning mechanisms—can be incorporated.

Actual labeling speed and accuracy must be determined based on the bottle type, label dimensions, label material, labeling method, and target production capacity.

Round Bottles: Key considerations include the bottle diameter, bottle height, and whether wrap-around labeling is required.

Square Bottles: Key factors include the positioning of the bottle corners, conveying stability, and the labeling surface.

Flat Bottles: Typically require side guides or clamping mechanisms to maintain stability.

Irregular Bottles: For uniquely shaped bottles, specialized positioning and labeling methods must be designed based on the bottle's structure.

Small Bottles: Labeling small bottles requires precise control over product spacing and the label dispensing point to prevent interference between adjacent products.

If a filling or packaging line is already in place, the labeling machine interface can be designed based on the existing equipment's conveyor height, bottle spacing, and production speed.
