Bottle Label Applicator

Unlike standard single-sided labeling, this system integrates two sets of label-feeding, bottle-conveying, and labeling mechanisms into a single workspace, enabling the synchronous application of "Label A" and "Label B" at their respective designated positions.

The bottle label applicator is suitable for common bottle shapes-such as round or near-cylindrical containers-across industries including food, beverages, household chemicals, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. For instance, when a single bottle requires a main product label on one side and a secondary label (such as ingredients, instructions, or branding information) on the other, the dual independent labeling units can apply both labels precisely to their respective locations.

Independent configuration for Label A and Label B: The equipment utilizes two separate label feeding and application assemblies, allowing Label A and Label B to be installed, adjusted, and replaced independently. For products requiring two different labels, there is no need for manual intervention to apply the second label.

Designed for dual labeling on the same bottle type: This configuration is highly convenient for product lines that use the same bottle type but require different label content on the front and back. The two labeling heads can be independently set for specific label positions without altering the bottle's orientation or direction of travel.

Mounting positions for label rolls are provided on the left and right sides of the equipment, corresponding to Label A and Label B, respectively. Once the rolls are installed, guide mechanisms ensure the stable feeding of the label film to the respective labeling heads.

The conveyor belt continuously feeds bottles into the dual-sided labeling zone. The conveying speed is synchronized with the labeling operation, ensuring a steady flow as the bottles pass through the two labeling stations.

After the label has been applied, a pressing component assists in securing it to the surface, ensuring better contact between the label and the bottle body.

Operators can adjust the conveying speed, labeling-related parameters, and operational settings for different products via the bottle label applicator control system.
