The labeling head is not fixed in a single, static position. Its mounting height and longitudinal position can be adjusted based on bottle height and label placement, making it easier for the equipment to accommodate various packaging configurations.

Each set of labels follows its own operating path; starting from the label roll and proceeding to the labeling zone, the labels are guided and controlled by the corresponding components along the way.

To accommodate different bottle diameters, the lateral position of the bottle body as it passes through the labeling zone can be adjusted, thereby minimizing significant shifting during transport.

After the label is applied to the bottle body, a labeling-pressure mechanism assists in conforming the label to the surface, ensuring it remains securely adhered when the finished product exits the automatic labeling machine.
