Sugar Packing Machine

The sugar packing machine is an automated packaging system designed for granulated sugar, superfine sugar, and similar granular food products. It performs the complete process of metering, bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting, and finished product discharge.

This equipment is suitable for hotels, coffee shops, restaurant chains, food processing plants, sugar manufacturers, and contract packaging companies producing single-serve sugar sachets.

Depending on the desired packaging format, the machine can be configured for stick packs, three-side seals, four-side seals, or other sachet styles. For high-volume requirements, a multi-lane configuration can be employed to produce multiple sachets simultaneously within a single production cycle.

The final packaging speed and fill weight need to be confirmed based on the sugar granule size, target weight, bag style, and number of lanes.

Bag Dimensions: Bag width, length, and forming structure can be adjusted according to actual packaging dimensions.

Number of Production Lanes: The packaging configuration (single-lane or multi-lane) is determined based on target output.

Packaging Film Material: The system is adapted and tested to accommodate the specific packaging film materials used by the customer.

Feeding System: For customers requiring continuous, long-term production, an automatic feeding system can be equipped to reduce the need for manual refilling.
