The form fill seal packaging machine adopts a longitudinal structural layout, with materials entering from the top and evenly distributed into various packaging channels via a distribution system. Packaging materials are typically roll-to-roll composite films, which automatically unfold and form bags during operation.

Depending on production needs, the equipment can be configured with different numbers of columns (e.g., 3, 5, 8 lanes, etc.). Each column has independent bag-forming and filling capabilities, but the entire system is coordinated by a central control system to ensure consistent cycle time.

For functional expansion, optional modules such as date printing, batch number coding, easy-tear cutting, and irregular shape cutting can be added to meet market demands for personalized packaging.

Furthermore, the equipment supports rapid specification switching. By adjusting parameters or replacing certain components, different bag lengths, widths, and filling volumes can be converted, making it suitable for multi-variety production environments.
