Unlike traditional equipment with a single-cycle output, this structure allows production capacity to increase linearly with the number of columns.

In terms of adaptability, the equipment can select different metering methods based on the particle size, specific gravity, and flow characteristics of the desiccant particles, such as swing cup metering or push cup metering, thereby ensuring good metering stability for different materials even at high speeds.

High Capacity: Consistent cycle time across all trains is crucial; otherwise, frequent malfunctions in certain trains will occur. Good equipment maintains stability even during extended operation (8-24 hours).

High Adaptability to Materials: For materials with poor flowability, prone to powdering, or fragile, the equipment adapts by adjusting the feeding speed, vibration intensity, and measuring cup structure.

Controllable Faults: Common issues such as material jams, material shortages, and film breakage are detected by sensors, triggering an alarm and shutdown instead of continuing to produce defective products.

Each lane of horizontal seals is equipped with an independent temperature control, which can adjust the temperature to prevent the edges from not sealing properly or the middle from overheating.

Packaging film is prone to stretching or shifting when running at high speed. The equipment ensures stable film feeding through tension controllers and correction devices.

Parts that come into contact with materials (hoppers, measuring cups, feed pipes) can usually be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning or replacement, reducing downtime.

The automatic pouch filling and sealing machine stops when the door is opened (it stops immediately when the protective cover is opened), has overload protection, an emergency stop button, and a tool protection structure.
