Automatic Plastic Packing Machine

The automatic plastic packing machine mainly consists of a feeding system, a metering system, a bag-forming system, a sealing system, and a control system. Through PLC control and a human-machine interface, users can flexibly set the packaging length, sealing temperature, and material feed rate according to the needs of different bag sizes.

Structurally, the multi-lane design means that the equipment can operate multiple packaging lines simultaneously, such as 4, 6, or even more rows. Each lane has an independent metering and bag-forming unit, resulting in a significant increase in overall production capacity. Furthermore, the equipment is typically compatible with various packaging materials, such as non-woven fabrics, composite paper, or breathable films, to meet the needs of different applications (such as moisture protection for food or moisture protection for electronic components).

During operation, desiccant granules first enter the storage hopper via a feeding device (such as a vibratory feeder or elevator). Subsequently, the material enters the corresponding metering devices in each column under gravity or vibration, commonly volumetric measuring cups or electronic weighing systems.

When the packaging film is fed in by the film winding device, it passes through the forming device to form a tubular or bag-like structure. Each column simultaneously feeds, filling the bags with a pre-set amount of desiccant. Next, the equipment completes heat sealing through horizontal and vertical sealing devices, forming sealed bags.

Finally, the formed bags are cut by a cutting mechanism and output through a conveying system. The entire process is coordinated by a control system, ensuring continuous, stable, and high-speed operation.

Storage hoppers are generally made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

Commonly used are volumetric measuring cups, offering high and stable measurement accuracy. Each column measures independently, and the capacity can be adjusted individually.

The forming device is customized according to the specifications of the packaging material and can accurately fold the roll film into a bag shape.

The horizontal sealing device seals the bag opening, while the cutter separates the finished product bags.

Equipped with an automatic alignment device and tension control system, it ensures that the packaging film maintains a stable position during operation, avoiding problems such as deviation and wrinkling.
