Automatic Packing Machine

The automatic packing machine expands the original single packaging path into multiple independent but coordinated production channels, each capable of completing the entire process from bagging to filling and sealing.

The equipment is typically equipped with a high-precision control system that supports parameterized management of different product specifications. For example, bag length, filling volume, and sealing time can all be directly set via the interface. Furthermore, the equipment can be adapted to different types of desiccants (such as powder-granule mixtures or granules with poor flowability) by changing the metering mechanism.

The advantages of this equipment lie not only in its speed but also in its production flexibility. By adjusting the number of rows and operating parameters, it can quickly switch between different production scales to adapt to order fluctuations.

The equipment was designed with stable operation in mind, for example, by employing a shock-resistant structure and optimizing the transmission path to reduce the accumulation of errors caused by high-speed operation. Simultaneously, the intelligent control system can monitor the operating status in real time and will automatically alarm or shut down the machine in case of any abnormalities (such as material shortage or bag jams).

The equipment is equipped with a large-capacity hopper with a smooth inner surface to reduce particle adhesion and residue.

Each column is equipped with an independent bag forming machine to ensure consistent bag shape and stable size.

The horizontal and vertical sealing uses independent temperature control modules, allowing for precise temperature adjustment to suit different packaging materials.

The automatic packing machine most use servo motors or stepper motors for driving, resulting in smooth operation and precise positioning.
