The core of this equipment consists of a multi-head combination scale and a vertical bag-making and packaging machine (VFFS). The multi-head scale is responsible for the accurate weighing of materials. The material then enters the packaging bag formed by the bag-making machine through the feeding port.

The bag-making section uses a roll film forming method. The forming device folds the packaging film into a bag shape and completes the longitudinal (back seal) and transverse sealing actions. The back seal structure creates a sealing line on the back of the packaging bag, resulting in a neat appearance suitable for large bag packaging needs. The equipment supports adjustments to various bag parameters, such as bag length, bag width, and sealing method, adapting to different product specifications.
