The automated packaging machine is composed of multiple functional units that work together to complete a continuous packaging process. The feeding section stably delivers raw materials to the metering area; the metering device divides the material according to preset parameters; subsequently, the bag-forming assembly completes the film folding and bag formation.

The sealing mechanism consists of longitudinal and transverse sealing parts, corresponding to the back sealing and top and bottom sealing of the bag, respectively. The cutting component operates synchronously with the transverse sealing, dividing the continuous packaging material into individual small bags. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a drive system and a control system to coordinate the operation of each module.

The overall frame is mostly constructed of corrosion-resistant metal materials, balancing strength and hygiene requirements, making it suitable for long-term use in industrial environments.

The longitudinal sealing assembly is located on the back of the bag and seals the two sides of the film together by heat pressing.
