Fully Automatic Packing Machine

During operation, the fully automatic packing machine traction mechanism first continuously conveys the packaging film, which then passes through a guide assembly to divide the entire film into multiple independent packaging paths.

In the forming stage, the film is wound into a cylindrical structure, with each channel forming an independent packaging pipe. A heating assembly then completes the longitudinal sealing, making each channel a closed conveying space.

After being batched and metered by the metering mechanism, the material falls into the bag through its corresponding channel.

Next, a transverse sealing mechanism periodically seals the bag at set intervals, simultaneously creating a boundary between the upper and lower bags.

Finally, a cutting mechanism divides the continuous packaging into individual finished bags, which are then output to a collection device.

The entire process relies on an electronic control system to precisely regulate speed, temperature, and synchronization signals, ensuring smooth transitions between each step.

The unwinding mechanism is usually equipped with a tension adjustment device, which can be automatically or manually adjusted according to the film thickness to avoid stretching deformation or loosening that would affect the quality of the finished bags.

The heat-sealing assembly is equipped with a temperature feedback system that can monitor and correct the heating status in real time, resulting in more uniform sealing quality.

A buffer structure is usually installed between the metering system and the feeding channel to reduce material impact and prevent particle splashing or uneven filling.

The fully automatic packing machine transmission system adopts a high synchronization design to reduce speed differences between multiple rows, thereby ensuring that the bag cutting positions are neat and consistent.
