Film conveying and forming: The roll film enters the forming unit via guide rollers and is folded to form multiple independent tubular channels, each row corresponding to one bag.

Metering and feeding: A measuring cup method is used to accurately measure the granular material and simultaneously distribute it to each row.

Filling process: The metered material enters the formed bag through the feeding port, with each row simultaneously performing the filling operation.

Sealing and cutting: Horizontal and vertical sealing devices heat-seal the bag, and a cutter cuts the continuous bag into individual pouches.

Finished product output: The packaged pouches are output via a conveyor belt and can be used for subsequent boxing or cartoning.

The multi-channel integrated molding structure ensures that each row of bags has a consistent shape and neat side seals.

Employing an independent temperature control system, the sealing temperature of each column can be finely adjusted to ensure a firm and aesthetically pleasing seal.
