This packaging machinery equipment is an automated packaging equipment with volume metering (measuring cup metering) as its core, specifically designed for high-speed, equal-volume dispensing of granular materials. Through a multi-row synchronous structure, the equipment conveys uniformly metered materials in batches to multiple packaging channels, achieving highly efficient bag forming and sealing.

This type of equipment is particularly suitable for products with uniform granules and good flowability, such as granulated sugar, salt, chicken essence, coffee granules, and dried seasonings. It maintains stable and consistent filling volume while ensuring speed, making it a common and mainstream model in standardized production.

When the equipment starts, material first enters the upper hopper and, under gravity or vibration, fills each measuring cup in the measuring cup turntable. As the turntable rotates, the measuring cups pass through a scraping device to remove excess material, ensuring a consistent volume of material in each cup.

Then, the measuring cup rotates to the feeding position and, under control system commands, opens its bottom structure or flips over, releasing a fixed quantity of granules into the corresponding feeding channels. At this point, multiple channels simultaneously receive material, which then enters the pre-formed bags.

The entire feeding process is strictly synchronized with the packaging film's operating rhythm, ensuring that "each bag corresponds to one measuring cup release." Afterward, the bags are sealed and cut, forming individual small bags.

Because it uses a volumetric metering method, its accuracy depends on the material's density stability; therefore, in practical applications, it is usually most effective for products with a single density or minimal density variation.

The machine adopts a vertical frame structure design, and the main frame is made of thickened stainless steel, which balances strength and corrosion resistance.

The metering system is the core component of the entire machine and adopts a measuring cup structure. Particles in the hopper are filled into the measuring cup under the influence of gravity.

The periodic opening and closing are achieved by pneumatic or servo drive. The lateral heat sealing is completed at the moment of closing, while the packaging film is clamped and pulled downward to achieve the film feeding action, hence the name "clamp-pull type."

The longitudinal sealing heating block is usually independently regulated by a constant temperature control system to ensure stable heat output.

This packaging machinery equipment includes a film feeding frame, guide rollers, tension control device, and correction system.

Electrical components are mostly selected from general or well-known brands, which facilitates later maintenance, replacement and technical support.
