Product Description

This fully automated label applicator is a versatile unit engineered for automated packaging lines. It features simultaneous label dispensing and application on both sides in a single pass, effectively replacing inefficient manual dual-sided labeling or repetitive single-sided labeling processes. Designed for continuous industrial production, the machine is adaptable to various site conditions and requires no complex setup; it can operate as a standalone unit or integrate seamlessly into a complete production line comprising filling, capping, coding, and packaging stations.
Unlike traditional dual-sided labelers that apply labels sequentially (Side A followed by Side B), this machine utilizes a synchronized dual-head design. It applies labels to both the front and back simultaneously as the product moves through the unit at a constant speed. This approach fundamentally resolves common industry issues such as lack of synchronization, asymmetrical spacing, and significant positional misalignment between the front and back labels, making it a key asset for standardizing and upgrading packaging operations in the daily chemical, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
