In many traditional bottling lines, containers must come to a complete stop at the filling station-waiting for the filling and capping processes to finish before the conveyor can resume movement. This limits production speed, while frequent starting and stopping often leads to bottles tipping over or product splashing. This servo-tracking automatic liquid filling machine effectively eliminates these issues. The system is divided into two independent main units: a servo-tracking filling machine for precise volumetric dispensing, and a servo-tracking capping machine, linked by a synchronized conveyor system. Each unit features its own dedicated servo-control system, allowing for independent adjustment of filling pumps, tracking modules, and capping spindles.
The machine frame is constructed from food-grade stainless steel and features enclosed protective doors, ensuring a hygienic production environment while allowing for easy access to pipelines and product tanks during cleaning and maintenance.

1. Continuous-motion operation: Bottles move steadily along the conveyor while the filling and capping heads travel in sync with them. This eliminates the need for bottles to pause for positioning, resulting in higher production capacity within the same footprint compared to intermittent-motion machines.
2. Dual independent touch-control systems: Both the filling and capping units are equipped with their own dedicated operation screens, allowing for separate parameter settings. This ensures that maintenance or debugging on one unit does not disrupt the basic operation of the other.
3. Specialized filling pumps: The system can be configured with either rotary lobe pumps or piston pumps to suit various product types-from viscos pastes and liquids prone to foaming to products containing small particulates. An integrated anti-drip suction mechanism prevents leakage when the machine is stopped.
4. Conveyor-integrated bottle guidance: The conveyor system features guide rails that stabilize round, square, or irregularly shaped bottles, minimizing the risk of tipping or jamming during high-speed operation.

The pump body is connected to the storage tank, conveying pipelines, and filling mechanism, forming a complete liquid transport path.

The storage hopper is mounted on top of the filling machine; it features a horizontal, cylindrical, and transparent design, facilitating both observation and cleaning.
