The filling system can keep the particles on a stable trajectory as they enter the can, reducing impact and rebound on the can wall.

The capping system uses a synchronous capping and positioning clamping structure to keep the can in a stable position during the tightening process and avoid the cap being off-center.

Multi-head scales utilize a high-frequency sampling system to capture material weight changes in real time, enabling rapid weighing response and shortening the combination cycle time.

The entire production line uses a modular layout to connect various functional sections, including modules for can handling, feeding, metering, filling, capping, detection, and coding, to achieve continuous and stable automated operation.
