Ground Coffee Filling Machine

Ground coffee filling machines are primarily used for the automatic weighing, filling, capping, and labeling of ground coffee, freeze-dried coffee, instant coffee powder, and coffee granules. The entire line is equipped with a multi-head weighing system tailored to the coffee product's flowability, granule condition, and package weight.

From empty bottle handling to finished product output, the production line can continuously complete processes such as bottle sorting → quantitative filling → capping → labeling → conveying. For coffee producers who need to reduce manual bottling, improve filling consistency, and expand production capacity, this integrated line configuration connects multiple independent packaging processes.

Empty bottles first enter the automatic bottle unscrambler, where the unscrambled bottles are organized into a uniform orientation and sequentially fed onto the conveyor line.

Once the bottles reach the filling position, a positioning mechanism secures them. Coffee powder enters from the storage hopper into a multi-head scale or screw metering system, where it is weighed and filled according to the set weight.

After filling, the bottles continue forward to the capping machine, where the capping mechanism automatically picks up the caps and tightens them. They then proceed to the labeling station, where labels are affixed to the bottles according to the set positions. Finally, the finished products are conveyed out.

After empty bottles enter the hopper, a bottle-scrambling mechanism gradually aligns them into a uniform orientation, and they are continuously conveyed to the conveyor belt through the bottle outlet channel.

Adjustable guide rails are installed in the conveyor area to provide auxiliary restraint on both sides of the bottle. When changing bottles of different diameters, the width of the guide rails can be adjusted to keep the bottle in the center of the conveyor belt, reducing bottle tilting, collision, or deviation.

The filling spout's position can be adjusted according to the bottle opening size and height, ensuring the powder is concentrated within the bottle and minimizing spillage around the bottle opening during dispensing.

The ground coffee filling machine bottle cap status can be inspected during the capping process to prevent abnormalities such as missing or crooked caps.
