In the production process of bottled liquids, filling volume control and bottle neck sealing are two critical steps that directly impact the final product quality. This trigger capping machine is configured around these two processes, integrating liquid quantitative delivery and pump head tightening into a single machine.

The filling system of the equipment is primarily responsible for the quantitative distribution of materials. Operators can set corresponding filling parameters based on the packaging capacity of the product, controlling the output volume of liquid per bottle through the metering mechanism. For different materials such as shampoo, lotion, and hand sanitizer, appropriate filling configurations can be selected based on viscosity, flow rate, and foaming characteristics.

In the sealing area, the device employs a pump head screwing mechanism that differs from conventional bottle caps. The pump head typically includes a pressing head, connecting threads, a locking structure, and a suction tube, requiring proper contact positioning between the screwing head and the pump head during installation. The device drives the pump head to rotate via a dedicated clamping component, gradually aligning it with the bottle mouth threads to complete the tightening operation.

In addition, the entire machine takes into account the adjustment requirements for different bottled products during the production process. By adjusting relevant mechanical components, it can accommodate a certain range of bottle heights, neck sizes, and pump head specifications. The equipment can be configured with corresponding bottle feeding, pump head loading, and unloading setups based on actual production capacity and automation level.

The drip-proof structure is designed with corresponding shut-off valves or filling nozzles to minimize residual liquid dripping after stopping the feed.

For round bottles with different diameters or square bottles with different widths, it is necessary to adjust the guiding position so that the bottles can stably pass through the filling and capping areas.

When replacing the packaging container, the initial working position of the capping head can be adjusted according to the height of the bottle body, so that the clamping component can accurately contact the trigger capping machine pump head.

The clamping component is responsible for fixing the pump head during the capping process, so that the rotational power can be effectively transmitted to the pump head connection part. The inner diameter, contact shape, and clamping force of the fixture need to be matched with the external dimensions of the pump head
