The automatic single-head spray bottle capping machine is an integrated packaging system designed for liquid products that utilize pump-style dispensers. It combines precise liquid filling, pump-head placement, and automatic capping into a single, continuous process-handling everything from the entry of empty bottles to the final output of filled, capped, and ready-to-package products.

Featuring a single filling head, the machine allows for adjustments to both filling volume and speed, accommodating the quantitative packaging requirements of various bottle sizes and product types.  The downstream section is equipped with an automatic pump-capping unit, which uses a mechanical gripping and rotating mechanism to accurately position the pump head onto the bottle opening and tighten it to the specified requirements.

1. Single-head filling, adaptable to various liquid packaging requirements: The equipment features a single-head filling design, making it suitable for bottling liquids in a range of capacities. Filling parameters can be adjusted based on product characteristics, with specific metering and feeding methods selectable according to the flow properties of the liquid. The single-head configuration also facilitates routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.

2. Specialized design for pump-dispenser capping: Unlike conventional capping machines, this equipment is specifically engineered for pump-style dispensers. The capping mechanism is calibrated to the dimensions of the pump head and the threading of the bottle neck, ensuring a seamless process for cap pickup, alignment, and tightening.

3. Integrated filling and capping operations: By combining two key packaging stages into a single unit, the system eliminates the need for manual transfer of bottles from the filling station to the capping station, allowing the entire packaging process to be completed in a continuous, streamlined workflow.

Depending on the product's viscosity and production requirements, the system can be configured with stainless steel storage tanks, conveying pipelines, and corresponding material-feeding devices.

The filling head is the core component of the equipment responsible for liquid injection. It features a single-nozzle discharge design; during the filling process, the nozzle is aligned with the bottle opening to deliver a precise, metered amount of liquid into the bottle.

The spray bottle capping machine positioning and clamping mechanism is primarily used to secure the bottle, preventing it from shifting during the filling and capping processes.

The pump-head feeding mechanism is used to transport the press-type pump heads-which are to be installed-to a designated pick-up position.
