Product Description
The automatic paste filling machine line is divided into three functional units: a front-end servo-tracking filling unit, an intermediate conveyor section, and a back-end servo-tracking capping unit.
The servo-tracking filling unit handles high-precision quantitative liquid dispensing. Each filling channel is equipped with an independent servo-driven metering system, forming a closed-loop control for the metering process. Parameters for each channel can be adjusted individually without mutual interference. The system supports customizable filling profiles (varying speeds), allowing for specialized filling logic tailored to liquids that are prone to foaming, stratification, or high volatility.
The intermediate conveyor section acts as a buffer to regulate bottle spacing, smoothing out instantaneous speed fluctuations between the upstream and downstream stations. It ensures a stable transfer of filled bottles to the capping station, preventing bottle congestion or misalignment.
The servo-tracking capping unit integrates a cap-feeding mechanism with a servo-torque capping assembly. The capping gripper holds the caps securely yet flexibly, with the tightening torque managed through a fully digital, closed-loop control system. The unit automatically evaluates the capping results, flagging and tracking anomalies such as insufficient tightening, overtightening, or stripped threads.
The system supports two operating modes: fully synchronized automated production and independent, stand-alone operation. This flexibility facilitates easier equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and individual unit testing.

An independent servo-driven lifting mechanism controls the immersion depth of the nozzle, allowing it to rise gradually in sync with the liquid level. The nozzle features an integrated negative-pressure suction channel that draws away any residual liquid at the tip the moment filling concludes, effectively preventing drips or contamination on the bottle opening.
Equipped with a dedicated optoelectronic anomaly detection system to identify empty bottles, misaligned bottles, and bottles with defective cap sealing; the sensor mount is multi-dimensionally adjustable, accommodating a wide range of bottle types with significant variations in height and size.
