Products Description
The 8-lane heart-shaped sachet packing machine adopts a vertical multi-lane packaging structure, consisting of a film feeding system, forming system, liquid filling system, heat sealing system, punching system, conveying system, and electrical control system. During operation, the packaging film is automatically unwound and enters the multi-column forming mechanism, forming a continuous heart-shaped strip bag structure.
Unlike ordinary strip bag packaging machines, this equipment is equipped with a dedicated heart-shaped bag mold and a non-standard punching device, which can create a uniform heart-shaped outline while ensuring high-speed production. The eight-lane structure can fully utilize the width of the packaging film, enabling simultaneous production of multiple bags and improving film material utilization.

1. Specialized forming structure for care-filled bags: The equipment features a dedicated forming module specifically developed for care-filled bags, capable of stably forming complex, irregular shapes and preventing bag deformation or irregular edges.
2. Multi-lane independent filling system: Eight filling channels employ an independent discharge design, ensuring balanced packaging capacity across rows and minimizing weight variations.
3. Intelligent temperature-controlled sealing technology: Both horizontal and vertical sealing utilize independent temperature control systems, allowing for adjustment of the optimal sealing temperature based on different packaging materials.
