This butter sachet packing machine adopts a vertical eight-column synchronous packaging structure design, consisting of an automatic film feeding system, a tension control system, an eight-column bag making system, a liquid metering system, a filling system, a longitudinal sealing system, a transverse sealing system, a heart-shaped die-cutting system, and a PLC control system.

During production, the packaging film is automatically fed into the equipment by the film feeding rack, maintaining stable operation under the action of the correction system and the tension control system. After passing through the forming unit, the packaging film is divided into eight independent packaging channels, forming a continuous bag tube structure.

The liquid material is transported from the storage tank to the high-precision metering system and evenly distributed to the eight filling ports by a distributor. When the packaging bag reaches the filling position, the system automatically completes the quantitative filling. Subsequently, the longitudinal and transverse sealing mechanisms complete the sealing, and a special heart-shaped die is used for shaping and cutting, finally outputting individually packaged finished products.

The equipment adopts an eight-column synchronous packaging design, with each column equipped with an independent bag-making channel and a filling channel.

For materials with poor flowability, such as honey, syrup, and jam, the equipment can be equipped with a piston pump or rotor pump metering system to ensure smooth feeding and stable metering.
