This multi lane powder stick packing machine is primarily used in the production of powder products requiring small-sized strip bag packaging, such as disposable instant beverages, instant powders, and functional nutritional powders.

In actual production, traditional single-row packaging machines often suffer from insufficient capacity and high reliance on manual labor. Multi-row strip bag back-seal packaging machines, through a multi-channel parallel working mode, can significantly increase output while ensuring packaging consistency. Simultaneously, the equipment supports adjustments for different bag widths and lengths, adapting to various market specifications and facilitating product line expansion for customers.

During operation, the packaging film enters from the film roll holder and, guided by a guide device, enters the forming unit to form a continuous tubular structure.

Simultaneously, powdered material is metered by a screw metering device and delivered to each feeding port according to a set weight. Multiple feeding systems work synchronously, filling the corresponding packaging channels with the material.

The following processes are then completed:

1. A longitudinal heat-sealing device completes the back sealing (forming a back seal on the strip bag).

2. A transverse sealing device performs top and bottom sealing.

3. A cutting device cuts the continuous packaging into individual strip bags.

The entire process operates continuously, with each station precisely coordinated through programming to achieve high-speed and stable production.
