Muti Lane Powder Stickpack Filling Packaging Machine

The muti lane powder stickpack filling packaging machine adopts a modular design concept, consisting of multiple units including a film feeding system, a longitudinal bag-making system, a metering and filling system, a transverse sealing and cutting system, and an electrical control system. The machine supports parallel production of multiple rows (typically 4, 6, 8, or even more), with each row operating synchronously and independently controlled to ensure consistent packaging size and weight.

The equipment can adjust bag width, bag length, and packaging speed according to different product requirements and is compatible with various composite film materials (such as PET/PE, OPP/CPP, aluminum foil composite film, etc.). The operating interface is usually equipped with a touch screen control system, allowing users to quickly set parameters, manage formulas, and switch production modes with a single click.

During operation, the film roll enters the guiding mechanism via the film feeding device and is stably conveyed under the action of the tension control system. The film is folded into a cylindrical structure by the forming device and then back-heat-sealed by the longitudinal sealing device to form a continuous tubular bag.

Powder material enters the metering device (usually a screw metering device) through the feeding system. A servo motor precisely controls the feeding amount, filling a fixed quantity of powder into each row of bags. Subsequently, the transverse sealing mechanism performs transverse heat sealing on the bags, simultaneously cutting the bags to form individual strip bags.

The entire process is coordinated by a PLC control system to ensure the synchronization of feeding, bag making, filling, and sealing/cutting actions, thereby achieving stable, high-speed continuous packaging output.
