Fully automatic powder filling machines are automated systems designed for bottling or canning milk powder, protein powder, flour, seasoning powder, food powder, nutritional powder, pharmaceutical powder, and other dry powders. Compared to manual weighing and feeding, this equipment connects empty bottle/can conveying, container positioning, powder metering, quantitative filling, and subsequent discharge processes, enabling continuous filling of powder products according to set weights.

After the equipment starts, empty bottles or cans are continuously fed into the filling area by a conveyor. Photoelectric sensors at the inlet monitor the position and quantity of containers in real time. When a container reaches the designated position, the bottle separating mechanism controls the container spacing, and the bottle clamping or positioning mechanism fixes the container directly below the filling head, ensuring that the container does not move significantly during the filling process.

Powder enters the storage hopper from the feeding system and is maintained at a certain level. The screw metering device at the bottom of the hopper starts rotating according to the instructions from the control system. The screw blades push the powder forward, causing it to be discharged from the filling nozzle according to the set metering amount.

Once the set filling volume is reached, the screw stops or enters the next metering cycle, and the filling head completes one discharge cycle. The entire process operates in a cyclical manner: bottle inlet-positioning-metering-filling-bottle outlet.

The screw conveyor is linked with the upper and lower material level sensors to realize automatic material replenishment and shutdown protection of the hopper.

The filling head height can be quickly adjusted according to different can types, reducing changeover time and preventing dust.

The filling port uses a sealing component to prevent fine powder leakage and keep the equipment and tank clean.

Electrical components are centrally installed and laid out in a standardized manner, which facilitates heat dissipation, inspection, and subsequent maintenance.

The fully automatic powder filling machine starts and stops smoothly, reducing powder impact and improving metering stability and mechanical life.

The system has abnormal alarm and fault indication functions, which make it convenient for operators to quickly troubleshoot problems.
