Filling Machine Powder

This system addresses several common practical problems encountered in the continuous production of powder products: stable material feeding, consistent weight per bottle, accurate container positioning at the filling stage, and smooth transition of filled containers to the next process.

The powder is stored in an upper hopper, with the screw metering mechanism located below. The filling machine powder drives the screw to rotate according to pre-set filling parameters, allowing a specific volume and weight of powder to enter the bottle from the outlet. For different product specifications, the target weight, screw running time, speed, and related operating parameters can be adjusted in the control system.

For different market customer groups, equipment configuration typically needs to be determined based on the product itself, rather than simply purchasing a fixed model. Variations in powder density, target weight, container diameter, bottle opening size, dust generation potential of the powder, and production speed all influence the selection of screw diameter, number of filling heads, hopper structure, and dust collection solutions.

1. Reduced fluctuations caused by manual weighing: Manual operation can easily result in overfilling, underfilling, or weight discrepancies between operators. Using a mechanical screw metering system ensures consistent weight across batches, reducing the workload of repetitive manual weighing.

2. Easier integration into existing packaging lines: If the factory already has conveyors, can sealing machines, capping machines, labeling machines, or case packing equipment, the filling machine's inlet/outlet direction and conveyor height can be designed according to the site layout, connecting it to upstream and downstream equipment instead of requiring the construction of a complete production line.

3. Enhanced production data management: The control system can record production counts, operating status, and alarm information. For batch production, operators can more intuitively understand the current equipment status, and production managers can easily perform output statistics and anomaly troubleshooting.

The capacity of the powder storage hopper can be designed according to the production speed and feeding method. The inner wall adopts a relatively flat structure to reduce powder residue.

Fine dust may be generated during the powder filling process. Dust removal interfaces or local dust collection structures can be reserved in the filling area to centrally process the suspended powder.

Photoelectric sensors are used to detect whether bottles are in place, whether there are containers in the filling area, and whether the bottle feeding is continuous.

Operators can set parameters such as filling weight, running speed, and production quantity via touch screen, and view the equipment's operating status and fault prompts.
