Food Powder Filling Machine

The single-lane food powder filling machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency automated packaging device specifically designed for quantitative packaging of powdery and granular materials. The machine stores materials in a hopper, and the powder is evenly fed into the metering device by a screw feeder or vibrating feeder system. After the metering device precisely controls the weight of each bag of powder, the powder automatically falls into the pre-made packaging bag, which is then sealed and cut to form an individual pouch. The entire process is managed by a PLC control system, which can adjust the packaging speed and bag length as needed to achieve efficient and stable production.

The touchscreen and PLC control interface is intuitive and easy to operate, allowing for quick adjustment of packaging length, speed, and measurement.

The punch assembly can cut and seal the packaging bag to form an individual small bag.
