Bottle Powder Filling Machine

The bottle powder filling machine adopts an open, semi-automatic operation mode, eliminating the need for a complex fully automatic conveying system and resulting in a more compact overall structure. The operator places the bottle under the filling head and initiates filling via a foot switch or control button. The screw conveys the powder from the hopper into the bottle according to preset parameters.

For customers who frequently need to change powders, bottle types, or filling specifications, the semi-automatic structure also facilitates adjustments. The filling volume can be set according to actual production needs, and parameters such as screw speed and filling time can be adjusted to accommodate different powders.

Made of food-grade stainless steel, the hopper has ample capacity and a smooth inner wall that prevents powder residue, ensuring smooth material flow. 

The screw metering system employs a high-precision screw metering structure, driven by a servo/stepper motor, ensuring stable operation and high filling accuracy. 

In semi-automatic mode, a foot pedal switch can be configured. After the operator places the bottle, they start filling with their foot, while their hands can be used to hold the bottle upright. This is suitable for continuous manual bottle loading and unloading operations.

The bottom frame of the bottle powder filling machine bears the overall weight of the hopper, metering system and control unit, and provides stable support for the filling operation.
