The 8-lane heart-shaped peanuts sachet packing machine adopts a vertically integrated layout design. The equipment mainly consists of a film roll support system, a film guiding system, a bag shape processing system, a liquid supply system, an edge sealing system, a custom-shaped cutting system, and an automatic control system.

During the packaging process, the film roll is automatically conveyed and positioned without manual intervention. The equipment directly forms the heart outline on the production line through a dedicated custom-shaped processing mechanism, eliminating the need for additional die-cutting equipment. Compared to the traditional process of making bags first and then punching them, this reduces intermediate steps and improves overall production efficiency.

After the equipment starts, the packaging film enters the guiding system via the active film feeding mechanism. The guiding components adjust the film's trajectory, ensuring it enters the processing area along a pre-set path.

After passing through the bag-shaped processing unit, the film forms a continuous packaging cavity, while the sealing mechanism completes the longitudinal sealing. Liquid material is transported from the storage tank to the supply pipeline, where it is buffered and stabilized before entering the filling assembly.

When the packaging bag reaches the designated position, the control system issues a filling command, and the liquid enters the corresponding packaging cavity. The sealing mechanism then seals the top and bottom of the bag, completely enclosing the liquid inside.

The mechanism consists of guide rollers and detection components and is responsible for controlling the direction of membrane material movement.
