Small Sachet Filling Machine

The 8-lane heart-shaped liquid small sachet filling machine adopts a vertical structure design. The machine mainly consists of an automatic film feeding mechanism, a tension control mechanism, a color mark tracking system, a multi-lane bag making system, a liquid filling system, a horizontal sealing system, a forming device system, a waste edge recycling system, and an intelligent control system.

During operation, the packaging film is automatically unwound and enters the multi-lane bag-making area, where eight packaging channels process the bags simultaneously. The liquid is transported through a storage tank to a distribution system, and after pressure equalization, it flows into the eight filling stations. After filling, the sealing mechanism performs heat sealing, and then the heart-shaped mold precisely trims the edges of the packaging to form a complete heart outline.

1. Eight independent bag-making channels: Each lane is equipped with an independent forming structure and sealing area, ensuring consistent bag dimensions and preventing fluctuations in individual channels from affecting overall production.

2. Servo traction control system: The packaging film conveying system is driven by a servo motor, achieving millimeter-level film feeding accuracy and effectively ensuring consistent bag length.

3. Automatic color mark positioning function: The equipment automatically identifies printed marks using a high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor, ensuring accurate alignment of the heart outline with the packaging pattern.

4. Intelligent temperature management system: Vertical and horizontal sealing temperatures are independently controlled, automatically adjusting the optimal sealing temperature according to different composite film materials.

5. Centralized human-machine interface control: The touchscreen displays real-time operating data such as output, speed, temperature, and alarm information, providing simple and intuitive operation.

The servo motor drives the mold opening and closing, ensuring uniform sealing pressure and high repeatability.

High-durability stainless steel offers excellent resistance to abrasion and damage to the sealing surface. It prevents rust and corrosion without the need for electroplating.

The small sachet filling machine forming device is made of mirror-polished stainless steel, with a smooth surface that reduces the resistance of the packaging film during operation. The forming angle has been optimized for smoother film folding.

The die-cutting blade is made of high-hardness alloy steel and precision-machined into a heart shape. The die and film feeding system operate synchronously, maintaining a stable cutting effect even at high-speed production.
