This sachet machine adopts a double-row back-seal bag-making structure, with two packaging channels operating synchronously, completing twice the packaging output in the same time, effectively increasing output per unit time. The equipment's booster pump feeding system stably delivers materials to the filling mechanism, unaffected by changes in material storage height, suitable for long-term continuous operation, and reducing the frequency of manual replenishment.

In the filling stage, the equipment is equipped with an adjustable liquid metering system. The filling volume is set and fine-tuned via a human-machine interface, ensuring high repeatability and minimal variation between bags, meeting the metering stability requirements of various product specifications. The back-seal and horizontal-seal systems feature independent temperature and pressure control designs, allowing flexible parameter settings according to different packaging film materials, ensuring a firm seal and reliable airtightness.

The entire machine is uniformly coordinated by a PLC control system, with tight interlocking movements of all actuators, ensuring smooth operation. The touchscreen operating interface displays real-time operating status, parameter settings, and fault prompts, facilitating operator management and maintenance. All parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, meeting the hygiene standards of the food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
