Products Description

The milk pouch packing machine consists of a liquid supply system, a metering and filling system, a film conveying mechanism, a bag-making system, a heat-sealing system, a cutting device, and an electrical control system. The liquid supply system stably delivers liquid to each filling head through a storage tank and conveying pipelines. The metering section typically uses a piston pump, peristaltic pump, or servo-controlled pump (different pumps are available for different liquids) to ensure consistent liquid volume in each bag.

The packaging film enters the equipment via guide rollers and is gradually formed into a strip bag shape through longitudinal and transverse sealing devices. The equipment supports adjustments for various bag sizes and can be equipped with an automatic alignment device to ensure accurate pattern alignment. Simultaneously, the human-machine interface displays the operating status in real time, facilitating parameter settings and production monitoring by operators.
