The 6-lane pouch filling machine is a highly efficient and automated piece of equipment specifically designed for packaging various liquid and semi-liquid products, such as juices, beverages, sauces, dairy products, edible oils, and detergents. The machine employs a six-column synchronous packaging design, sealing the bags via back sealing for high efficiency and stable product output. In operation, the packaging film roll is installed onto the machine's film holder, and the liquid raw material is added to the metering trough. After setting parameters such as bag length, filling volume, and speed via the touchscreen, the machine automatically pulls the film, meters, fills, back-seals, and cuts the bags into individual packaging bags. The finished products are neatly output, facilitating transportation and storage. The entire machine is constructed of food-grade stainless steel, featuring a reasonable structure, simple operation, and easy cleaning. It ensures the hygiene and safety of liquid products while meeting the needs of large-scale industrial production, making it an ideal choice for liquid packaging in the food, beverage, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

The touchscreen operating system uses PLC control, with an intuitive interface that allows operators to easily set packaging parameters, monitor production status, and troubleshoot faults, achieving efficient and intelligent operation and management.

The horizontal sealing and pulling mechanism achieves precise horizontal sealing of the packaging bag through synchronous clamping and heating, ensuring a flat, aesthetically pleasing back seal and a firm seal, reducing leakage and product waste.

The anti-drip discharge pipe adopts an optimized flow channel design and precision valve control to ensure that the liquid does not drip during the filling process while improving metering accuracy.

The uninterrupted film supply system can automatically change film rolls during production without stopping the machine, ensuring continuous production and significantly improving efficiency.
