The multi-lane four-side seal liquid packaging machine automates the liquid packaging process through film rolling, forming, filling, sealing, cutting, and unloading. The rolled packaging film is evenly fed into the forming device by a film-pulling roller assembly and folded into a multi-row bag shape. Then, a high-precision metering pump fills each bag with liquid according to a set amount. After filling, the bag opening is sealed under the action of a heating or ultrasonic sealing device, forming a four-side seal structure. The bag is then automatically cut into individual finished bags and conveyed out by a conveyor. The entire process is managed by a PLC or touchscreen control system, achieving precise control of film length, filling volume, sealing temperature, and pressure. It also features fault alarms and automatic protection functions, ensuring efficient, stable, and hygienic production.

The rack features a modular stainless steel design that is compact, durable, and easy to clean and maintain.
