The multi-lane small bag packaging machine for desiccant pellets operates on the core principle of multi-channel parallel and synchronized operation. Under the unified coordination of the PLC control system, it synchronously completes the entire process including film feeding, forming, metering, filling, sealing, and cutting, achieving efficient mass production of desiccant small bags. The roll film is unwound, tension-controlled, and optically corrected, then evenly divided into multiple columns (e.g., 4/6/8 columns) by a film splitter. It is then folded into continuous bag tubes by the former, and the longitudinal seal is heat-pressed to form independent bag chambers. Desiccant pellets are measured accurately in multiple columns simultaneously using a measuring cup or electronic scale and dropped into each bag tube through the filling nozzles. Anti-drip and vibration devices ensure smooth filling without spillage.

The filled multi-column bag tubes move synchronously to the cross-sealing station. The heat sealing knife seals the bag tops at the set temperature and pressure, while batch numbers and easy-tear marks can also be printed simultaneously. The cutter then horizontally cuts the connected bags along the middle of the seal, separating individual small bags. Finished products are conveyed out via the conveyor belt. Throughout the process, the actions of each column are precisely synchronized by servos and electronic cams to ensure uniform bag shape, weight, and seal quality, achieving high-speed and stable automated packaging.

Each column is equipped with an independent servo measuring cup, which supports fine adjustment to ensure consistent filling volume and repeatability.

Each packaging channel's longitudinal sealing plate can be independently temperature-controlled, ensuring a firm seal and a smooth appearance.

The full-color touchscreen supports real-time parameter adjustment, production monitoring, and fault alarm prompts.

The frame features a thickened stainless steel modular design, facilitating disassembly, transportation, and maintenance.
