Products Description

The spout pouch sealing machine operates with automated rotary control. The entire machine consists of a material storage system, a bag feeding system, a clamping mechanism, a filling module, a detection system, and a discharge system. During production, pre-made spout pouches enter each station according to a set rhythm, with each station independently completing its corresponding action, ensuring an orderly production process.

To address the issue of air bubbles easily generated in liquid products, the equipment can adjust the filling speed and feeding rhythm according to the material characteristics, making the liquid enter the packaging bag more smoothly.

Working principle

During operation, the operator places the suction bag into the bag supply area, and the conveying mechanism delivers the bags one by one to the working position. After the clamping assembly secures the bag, the system automatically identifies the suction nozzle direction and position to ensure accurate execution of subsequent processes.

Subsequently, the filling assembly, controlled by a servo drive system, controls the feeding rate. The liquid enters a dedicated filling channel through a conveying pipe and is then injected into the bag through the suction nozzle. During the filling process, the system continuously monitors the operating status to ensure that each bag reaches the set capacity.
