This doypack pouch packing machine features a station-based cyclical operation design, with the entire machine optimized for the spout pouch packaging process. During production, pre-made spout pouches are automatically fed to the work area by a bag feeding mechanism. The equipment uses a dedicated clamping device to secure the bags, ensuring their stability throughout the production process.To guarantee the quality of the spout pouch packaging, the equipment emphasizes precise control in the spout area. From spout detection and filling alignment to capping and locking, each step is automated, preventing positional deviations from affecting the packaging effect.The equipment can adapt to various filling methods to meet different product needs. For example, beverages can utilize a high-speed liquid filling system, jams can employ a high-flow conveying structure, and products containing fruit pieces can utilize a widened filling channel design. The equipment also supports the production of multiple spout pouch sizes; product switching is achieved simply by changing the appropriate tooling, making it suitable for multi-variety packaging production.

Products Details

The filling system employs a filling structure specifically designed for spout bags. The filling nozzle can penetrate deep into the spout for filling, allowing the material to enter directly to the bottom of the bag, reducing air bubbles and splashing caused by liquid impact.

The turntable station uses a special bag clamping assembly, and each clamp is designed according to the structural characteristics of the spout bag.

The vibratory feeder automatically aligns randomly stacked caps into a uniform orientation. The internal track is custom-designed to fit the cap dimensions, and vibration transport ensures each cap enters the conveyor channel in a fixed posture.
