This doypack packing machine employs a rotary table structure, using an automatic conveying system to sequentially deliver pre-made spout bags to each workstation. During the packaging process, the equipment first sorts and conveys empty bags, then uses a high-precision bag clamping mechanism to secure the bags, ensuring accurate bag opening positioning during filling. Depending on the material characteristics, the equipment can be equipped with piston pumps, rotor pumps, screw pumps, or flow meter filling systems to achieve precise filling of products with different viscosities.After filling, the bags enter the automatic cap feeding and screwing area. The equipment uses a vibratory feeder to automatically supply caps, precisely delivering them to the spout position and tightening them. Subsequently, a torque detection station ensures that the tightening force of each cap meets the set standard.
