Products Details

A vibratory feeder is used to neatly arrange the bottles and guide them into the conveyor chain, achieving fast and stable feeding and adapting to different bottle shapes and heights.

Multi-station filling heads can be operated simultaneously, the filling volume is adjustable, and liquid level control and anti-foaming design are supported to ensure uniform filling of different liquids.

The labeling head can automatically adjust its angle and position according to the bottle shape, ensuring that the label adheres flat and tightly, and is suitable for round, square, and irregularly shaped bottles.

The PLC controls the operation of each module on the production line, and the touch screen interface is user-friendly, supporting production parameter adjustment, fault display, and real-time monitoring.
