The shampoo filling machine is a high-precision automatic liquid filling device designed specifically for the daily chemical industry. It is mainly used for quantitative filling of high- or medium-viscosity liquids such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand sanitizer. This equipment adopts an advanced PLC control system and human-machine interface operation, featuring stable operation, high filling accuracy, simple operation, and convenient maintenance. The equipment can automatically adjust the filling head position according to the bottle height, adapting to various production needs. Operators can easily and quickly set filling parameters and monitor production status via a touchscreen.
