In this liquid filling line, empty bottles are transported to the filling station through a conveyor system, where they are automatically positioned and accurately filled with a preset volume of liquid. Once the filling process is completed, the bottles proceed to the capping or pressing station for automatic sealing. The system can also be integrated with auxiliary equipment such as labeling machines, inkjet printers, and case packers, forming a complete and efficient automated packaging production line.

The capping mechanism adopts a constant torque control design, which can adjust the tightening force according to the cap size, ensuring a sealing effect while avoiding cap damage or stripping.
