Products Description

This doypack packaging machine employs a multi-station collaborative operation mode, with each actuator controlled by an independent drive system. During production, pre-made spout bags enter the equipment via a conveyor system, where they are automatically sorted and transported. Addressing the tendency of flexible packaging bags to deform, the equipment is equipped with a dedicated support mechanism to maintain bag stability throughout the filling process.With the increasing demand for portable packaging, spout bags are widely used in fruit purees, energy gels, pet food, baby food, detergents, automotive care solutions, and industrial fluids. This equipment replaces traditional manual filling with automated production, helping companies increase production capacity, improve packaging consistency, and reduce material waste during production.

Working principle

Once the equipment is operational, the spouted bags in the storage area first enter the bag-picking station via an automatic conveyor. The mechanical device separates the bags one by one and delivers them to a fixed clamping area. Subsequently, the system uses a detection device to confirm that the bags are in place.After entering the filling station, the filling system outputs material according to preset parameters. Depending on different product requirements, volume control, weight control, or flow control can be used for metering. After filling, the equipment automatically performs a buffering action to prevent material from splashing due to inertia.
