This stand up pouch packing machine adopts a rotary multi-station operation mode, with each station automatically completing its corresponding action according to a preset program. The overall equipment consists of an automatic bag feeding system, a rotary positioning system, a nozzle correction mechanism, a filling system, an automatic cap sorting system, and a servo capping system.

During production, pre-made nozzle bags first enter the bag feeding hopper and are then fed out one by one by the automatic bag separating device. A robotic arm picks up the packaging bags and places them on the rotary table fixture. The rotary table drives the packaging bags through the opening detection, filling, capping, and capping stations in sequence. Each station is executed by an independent control module, and the operating status is fed back in real time through sensors.

The equipment can be configured with different filling methods according to product characteristics. For example, low-viscosity beverages can use a flow meter filling system, high-viscosity sauces can use a servo piston filling system, and granular sauces can be configured with a rotor pump filling system, thus meeting the packaging needs of different materials.

Spout-type filling technology: The filling head penetrates deep into the nozzle for filling, preventing liquid splashing onto the bag surface and maintaining a clean packaging appearance.

Automatic cap sorting and placement function: The equipment can automatically sort, convey, grasp, and place caps, reducing manual intervention and improving capping efficiency.

Adjustable torque capping system: The capping force can be set according to different cap types, ensuring both sealing effect and preventing cap damage.

The filling section uses independent servo drive control, and the filling speed, filling volume and back suction time can all be set individually.

The entire machine frame is welded and made of thickened 304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity.

After the lids are poured into the lid storage hopper, they are automatically sorted by a vibratory feeder. The lid sorting track is designed according to the shape of the lids and can automatically screen out lids that are oriented incorrectly, ensuring that each lid enters the lid loading station in the same direction.

The stand up pouch packing machine for products with poor flowability, such as tomato sauce, jam, honey, and chocolate sauce, the equipment can be equipped with a heating and insulation system and a high-torque conveying pump to ensure smooth material conveying and prevent pipeline blockage.
