The spout pouch packing machine employs a specialized bag-clamping and conveying structure. During operation, the machine uses mechanical clamps to hold the spout pouches, precisely transferring them between multiple workstations. The entire machine is optimized for the spout filling process, enabling rapid and stable docking between the filling head and the spout.

Depending on the product characteristics, the equipment can be configured with a piston filling system, a rotor pump filling system, or a servo metering system. When packaging high-viscosity products such as jams and chili sauces, a pressurized conveying method ensures smooth material entry into the packaging bag; when packaging low-viscosity liquids such as fruit juices and beverages, high-speed continuous filling can be achieved.

During production, the spout pouches remain fixed in place to prevent deviations caused by bag movement, thus ensuring a consistent filling effect for each packaging bag.

The clamp is custom-designed to fit the nozzle size, firmly securing the nozzle's position during transport to prevent rotation or displacement, ensuring accurate entry of the filling head into the nozzle.

The filling assembly is equipped with a high-speed opening and closing valve that quickly closes the discharge channel after filling to prevent liquid residue from dripping and contaminating the packaging bag surface.

Use photoelectric sensing technology to detect whether the nozzle is in place. When the position of the nozzle is abnormal, the equipment automatically stops the filling action to prevent empty filling or wrong filling.

The spout pouch packing machine's rotating disc arranges bottle caps in sequence and feeds them automatically; customization is available based on bottle cap size.
