Compared with traditional bottles and standard pouch packaging, spout pouches provide several advantages, including reduced packaging weight, lower storage and transportation costs, convenient portability, and the ability to be resealed and reused after opening.
During operation, pre-made spout pouches are automatically fed from the bag magazine into the conveying system. The pouch orientation mechanism then aligns each spout to ensure consistent positioning throughout the packaging process. Once the spout is firmly gripped by the holding device, the filling system dispenses the preset amount of product into the pouch with high accuracy, ensuring stable filling performance and reliable packaging quality.
