During production, packaging bags enter the work area at a fixed pace, and the spout packing machine automatically identifies and positions the spouts, ensuring accurate execution of subsequent processes.

The equipment can be equipped with various feeding schemes to suit different product characteristics. For example, a rapid filling mode can be used for highly fluid liquids; a pressurized conveying method can be used for thick sauces; and for products containing fine particles, a larger flow channel design ensures smooth feeding. The equipment operates smoothly and is suitable for long-term continuous production, while also meeting the packaging needs of multiple sizes of spout pouches, helping companies increase packaging capacity and reduce reliance on manual labor.

After the equipment starts, the packaging bags first enter the automatic conveying system. The conveying mechanism delivers the bags one by one to the working station, and then the position calibration device adjusts the direction of the suction nozzles to ensure that each packaging bag maintains a uniform posture.

Upon entering the filling area, the feeding system continuously delivers material to the filling unit. The filling mechanism controls the material output speed and filling volume according to set parameters, injecting the product into the bag. When the target capacity is reached, the system automatically stops feeding and completes the filling process.

The clamping force can be adjusted according to different nozzle diameters to ensure that the nozzle will not shake, shift, or fall out of position during high-speed operation.

Before the packaging bag enters the work station, the guiding mechanism will perform a secondary calibration of the nozzle position.

The bottom of the bag is equipped with a bag-separating mechanism, which can accurately separate individual packaging bags during the bag-removal process, reducing the occurrence of double-bag suction, bag leakage, or bag jamming.

After packaging, the spout packing machine spout bags enter the buffer conveyor area and are smoothly output via a flexible conveyor belt.
