Granular Filling Machine

Before the start of production, equipment parameters are configured-based on the characteristics of the granular material, the target fill weight per bottle, the dimensions of the packaging containers, cap specifications, and labeling requirements-and each workstation is calibrated.

Once the production line is activated, a lifting mechanism transports the granular material to an automated weighing unit, where the system measures the material according to the preset parameters. Upon reaching the target weight, the material is dispensed into the corresponding containers at the filling station. The filled containers then move along the conveyor to the capping station, where a capping mechanism secures the lids. Subsequently, the containers proceed to the labeling station, where labels are applied according to the specified positioning.

Following these processes, the finished products are discharged via an exit conveyor, moving on to subsequent stages such as collection, boxing, or other packaging operations.

The electrical control section is responsible for the operation and status management of the relevant equipment; its specific configuration is determined by the control scheme for the entire production line. The operator interface allows for the setting of supported operating parameters, monitoring of equipment status, and handling of associated alarms.

Labeling equipment is installed along the conveyor line, positioned after the containers have been filled and capped. The label feed orientation, the positioning of the containers as they move along the line, and the installation angle of the labeling mechanism must all be aligned to ensure that labels are applied to the intended locations on the containers.

There is a continuous flow of containers from the filling station to the capping area. Once filled, the containers are transported to the capping position, where the capping mechanism performs the necessary tightening operation, tailored to the specific design of the cap and the specifications of the container.

An appropriate installation height and discharge distance must be maintained between the weighing unit and the filling area to ensure that the metered granules can smoothly enter the corresponding containers.
