Products Description
The four-roll film ice absorbent pad packaging machine adopts a design that allows four sets of packaging films to operate simultaneously. The upper and lower film materials enter the processing area through guide mechanisms. During the production process, the lower film is first conveyed to the forming station to form a bearing area, and then absorbent particles, super absorbent polymer resin or composite absorbent material are quantitatively added through a metering system.

1. Four-roll independent unwinding system: Each roll is equipped with an independent unwinding shaft and tension adjustment mechanism, ensuring synchronization of the four rolls during high-speed operation and preventing dimensional deviations due to inconsistent tension.
2. PLC intelligent parameter management: Stores multiple product formula parameters, eliminating the need for repeated settings when switching specifications, significantly improving changeover efficiency.
3. Automatic material shortage detection: When material in the hopper is insufficient, the system automatically issues an alarm signal and can automatically replenish material in conjunction with the feeding equipment, ensuring continuous production.
4. High-precision length tracking function: Through photoelectric detection and a servo system, automatic tracking of the cutting length is achieved, reducing error accumulation.
